THA-THANG:
QIC setup 4 cones in a square in the grass and 4 cones in the parking lot.  PAX started in the parking lot with one round of ladders (backwards mosey, side step, high knees).  PAX moseyed to the cones in the grass.  Each cone had two exercises; after the two exercises were completed, PAX lunge walked to the next cone and completed the next two exercises.  This continued until PAX completed all 4 corners of exercises; the exercises (25 reps each) consisted of the following:   Burpees/Flutterkicks, Squats/Nolan Ryans, Merkins/Big Boy Situps, and Arm Curls (w/CMU)/Shoulder Taps.  After this round was completed, PAX moseyed back to the parking lot where another round of ladders were completed (backwards mosey, side step, high knees).  PAX moseyed back to cones in the grass where the following exercises (20 reps each) were completed:  Carolina Dry Docks/Reverse Crunch, Shoulder Press (w/CMU)/Freddie Mercury’s, Jump Squats/Pickle Pounders, Carolina Dry Docks/Little Baby Crunches.  After this round of cones, PAX did a set of squats (10 reps + squat hold) and merkins (10 reps + merkin hold).  PAX moseyed back to parking lot cones and did one set of ladder sprints.

Tree Hugger shared some thoughts from Ecclesiastes 3.  Solomon describes in this chapter that there is a time for everything.  Life can seem monotonous and meaningless because of the cycle of life:  “a time to be born,” “a time to search,” “a time to give up,” etc.   These things repeat themselves throughout history.  Despite the cycle of things, Solomon realized that God has made everything beautiful in His own time.  He has set eternity in the hearts of men, giving them hope when life at times seems meaningless.
