WILL RUCK FOR COFFEE

THE SCENE:

WARM-O-RAMA:
Pre-ruck beginning at 4:40 did it for us, clocked just under 3 miles (2.95). All three PAX pre-rucked (aww-yeah)…

THA-THANG:
Ruck workout – ruck one loop (1/2 mile) then perform overhead ruck presses, ruck curls, and overhead ruck tricep extensions.
1st lap: 50x
2nd lap: 40X
3rd lap: 30X
4th lap: 30x

Grand total of two miles rucking and 150 reps each of overhead ruck presses, ruck curls, and overhead ruck tricep extensions.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
Perseverance: life can throw all sorts of curve-balls at us, how we handle, overcome those determines what we’re made of. Getting up at 3:45 to post to a pre-ruck in sub-freezing temps is one way to mentally and physically prepare yourself to embrace the hard things, the things that make us stronger and more ready / able to persevere the difficulties we face in our lives.

No matter how bad things get, they can always be worse – persevere and overcome.

MOLESKIN:
Been too long since I made it out the Cockpit – really love that place. Gonna try to Q out there on a regular basis, it’s a great spot.
