Partners swap and perform each thing three times each:
- Partner a moseys around island while partner b AMRAP curls coupon (slamballs & ruck weights)
- Partner a – 10x box jumps; partner b AMRAP American Hammers w/ coupon
- Partner a – 30x Calf Raises; partner b holds plank
- Partner a – 15x BBSU’s; Partner b does SSH until it’s his turn
- Partner a moseys around pavilion; partner b AMRAP inclined Merkins aka irkins
