mosey to golf course for ELEVENS on the 3rd or 4th tee box: Bobby Hurleys + Merkins…mosey back to STARTEX/Pavilion

Partners swap and perform each thing three times each:

  • Partner a moseys around island while partner b AMRAP curls coupon (slamballs & ruck weights)
  • Partner a – 10x box jumps; partner b AMRAP American Hammers w/ coupon
  • Partner a – 30x Calf Raises; partner b holds plank
  • Partner a – 15x BBSU’s; Partner b does SSH until it’s his turn
  • Partner a moseys around pavilion; partner b AMRAP inclined Merkins aka irkins

Mary: no time for it! YHC missed the end time and called it at 6:16am!
