Week 1 Iron Pax Challenge at The Berm

THE SCENE:
Room temperature. It was dark when I got there, the flies were being drawn to my Ryobi light, they were annoying as I was mounting my camera and getting the speaker and timer ready.

We might have skipped a few of these as I was hurrying to get everything ready.

WARM-O-RAMA:

PAX had gotten there early to stretch and warm-up.

THA-THANG:
This one was a beast. I demonstrated the exercises real quick, and gave the PAX some instructions about the EMOM timer. The timer started counting down from 10 seconds and the PAX got to work. I ran over to the camera and started the video.

Week 1 IPC:

3 Burpees EMOM

50 Hand Release Release Merkins

100 Leg Raises

150 Jungle Boi Squats (2 spoons style)

200 BBSU

250 Stationary Lunge Steps 1 CT

This one killed me. The PAX were pushing me all the way to the finish. “Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him.”

By the time I got done half of the PAX had already left. We had some PLC and then headed home.

MOLESKIN:
Today I probably needed to get there a little earlier. The setup took longer than I thought.
