THA-THANG:

  • PAX stood in 4 parking spots, side-by-side, 1 PAX/spot
  • PAX perform 100 reps of whatever equipment dictated in respective spot (Jump Rope, 20ish lb Dumbbells=Bent Over Rows or Standing Curls, 60 # Sand Bag=Squats, 30 # Ruck Sack=Big Boy Sit-Ups-Ruck in Front)
  • Once a PAX was done, he released and ran laps around parking lot
  • Once ALL IN then PAX did a Group Mosey
  • PAX return to parking spot, selecting an adjoining spot with a different piece of equipment repeat the above until all 4 PAX had completed the entire Circuit
  • Body Bag Builders x 20 OYO
  • Group Mosey with each PAX using 1 of the 4 pcs of equipment and move as a unit the length of parking lot
  • Swap equipment and return to original parking spots

MARY:

  • Flutter Kix x 25 IC
  • Box Cutter (build the box) x 13 IC
  • Box Cutter (open the box) x 13 IC
  • Star Gazer x 3 seconds

COUNT-OFF & NAME-O-RAMA:

  • 4; Lazy Boy, Hot-N-Ready, Nature Boy (WHOO!) and O Positive (YHC)
