WARM-O-RAMA:

Side straddle hops x20 IC 4ct

Hillbillies x20 IC 4ct

Imperial Walkers x20 IC 4ct

Tempo squats x20 IC 4ct

Single leg deadlift x15 each leg

THA-THANG:

Break into partners: switch when partner finishes on bench
Step ups x20 legs each leg     Swing inverted rows til partner finishes x3
Pull ups x10 while partner does merkins or hold planks x5
Calf Raises: 3 way raises x30 reps.  Repeat 3x each direction.
Jog to hill by library
8 sprints up hill, jog back to bottom. SSH til all in before each sprint
