  • Start at goal line
  • 8-ct Body-Builder (BB) x 5
  • Run to 50 yard line
  • BB x 5
  • Run to opposite goal line
  • BB x 5
  • Run backwards to 50 yard line
  • BB x 5
  • Run backwards to starting goal line
  • BB x 5
  • Alternating Shoulder Taps (AST) until all in
  • Recover with group run around perimeter of mpf x 1 lap

ROUND 2:

  • Same as above, except: substitute Burpees x 10 then group recovery run x 2 laps

ROUND 3:

  • Same as above, except: substitute 10-ct Body Bag Builder (BBB) x 15
