Trick(Burpees) or Treat(Air Squats) 10/31
THE SCENE:

F3 WELCOME & DISCLAIMER
Did what I suppose to do. Also gave a disclaimer that the workout was designed to be on the football field but realized the football field was locked (even the north gate) 2 min. before the workout. Thus we would be improvising and using a deck of cards.
WARM-O-RAMA:

THA-THANG:
Had PAX line up on foul line of baseball field and pair up. Using a modified (no face cards) deck of cards Q would have a PAX draw a card each round. Odd numbers (1,3,5,7,9) were Burpees and Even numbers (2,4,6,8,10) were Air squats. OH and we added a 0 to each number drawn which gave the total number of burpees or air squats to be performed by pair. Pax would sprint to either midfield (if card drawn was <5) or opposite foul line (>6). Pax would complete the exercise and then either sprint back, run backwards, bear crawl, or carry partner. Q’s decision each round.
