THA-THANG:  Tortoise and the Hare B.O.M.B.S.

Round 1:  B = Burpees

  • Buddy up with one CMUs between each pair. Partner #1 hand carries CMU and starts walking.
  • Partner #2 does 5 Burpees and then chases down Partner #1. When he catches his partner, they swap: Partner #2 takes the CMU while Partner #1 does the same exercise x5. Repeat until all exercises have been done 5 times BY EACH partner = 25 burpees by each = 50 Total Burpees

Round 2:  O = Outlaws

  • Partner #1 rifle carry CMU
  • Partner #2 does 10 outlaws and then chases down Partner #1.  Partner #1 does 10 outlaws while Partner #2 rifle carries the CMU
  • Repeat x5 = 50 Outlaws each / 100 Total Outlaws

Round 3:  M = 15 Merkins

  • CMU = Curls while walking
  • Repeat x5 = 75 Merkins each / 150 Total Merkins

Round 4:  B = 20 BBSUs

  • CMU = Lunge walk
  • Repeat x5 = 100 BBSUs each / 200 Total BBSUs

Round 5:  S = 25 Squats

  • CMU = Overhead presses while you walk
  • Repeat x5 = 125 Squats each / 250 Total Squats
