Too many situps for Doracides at the Morg
57 degrees in fall doesn’t feel like you would think 57 degrees should feel. It felt more like 40 degrees and windy!

Four cones setup 20 yards apart.
Pax partnered up. Pax #1 did the exercise while Pax #2 ran suicide sprints doing 1 burpee at the first cone then back to start, 2 burpees at 2nd cone then back to start, 3 burpees at 3rd cone then back to start and finally 4 burpees at fourth cone and back to start to switch places with Pax #1.
Dora Exercises consisted of:
100 – Merkins
200 – Squats
300 – Mountain Climbers
400 150 – Big Boy Situps
500 – Side Straddle Hops
QIC decided to halt the situps at 150 since 400 was just too many with so little time. Woodpecker shamed me when I mentioned that we were doing 400 situps as part of the Dora routine. “400 situps, are you crazy Carport!!” or something like that.
With a few minutes left, we did bear crawls and lunges as a set of suicide sprints. Pax could modify between the two exercises.
