THA-THANG:
The PAX Indian Run Moseyed to the football field to rehash some of the greatness displayed by the 2018 National Champions (a.k.a. THE ALABAMA CRIMSON TIDE) and also to demonstrate to the two HIMs in attendance who chose to wear orange what it felt like to be a winner for at least one day.
*While waiting on the six, four PAX enjoyed Bonus Rat Poison (squats IC x 10).
BAMA Beatdown (One rep for each ‘Natty)

Saban Slaughter (bit of an audible here as YHC wasn’t counting on the football field being completely covered in snow/ice, rendering the yard markers completely invisible … but like Coach Saban, a brilliant halftime adjustment brought home the ‘ship)
- Tua: lunge walk to midfield, then 20 Scorpion Dry Docks (10 on each leg), then lunge walk/bear crawl/lunge walk to the house/endzone*
- Tagovailoa: side shuffle to midfield, then 20 Scorpion Dry Docks (10 on each leg), then side shuffle to the house/endzone*
*After each set of Scorpion Dry Docks, the PAX took it to the house from approximately 41 yards … hmmm … what a coincidence!
MARY:
PAX moseyed back to the SF from the football field. Four PAX enjoyed Bonus Rat Poison (Squerkins x 10, rinse & repeat) while waiting on the six. Props to Rabbit for being today’s Sweeper.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
YHC encouraged the PAX to focus on THE PROCESS of winning personal battles with things that are in your control. Each man has a personal target he can impact (Concentrica, Freed to Lead). Commit to winning battles with your inner three circles in 2018 (Family: detach from devices when home / Brothers in Arms: have tough conversations, hold each other accountable / Ring of 18: pick up the phone and connect).

MOLESKIN:
YHC was proud of the PAX for embracing the crimson blood that we all share. Despite the occasional BAMA-related grumbling, each man got better. TCLAPS to Slicnut for constructing another Levee SF in light of the Great SF Heist.
