Tire Flipping Fun
THE SCENE:
Cold and windy. Finishing up the meditation from Blue Collar I could hear Granola and thought I was dreaming of times gone past.

20 SSH IC
5 Shoulder Rolls IC each direction
12 Daisy Pickers IC
10 Arm Circles IC each direction
15 Imperial Walkers
Mosey around the parking lot
THA-THANG:
Ring of Fire AMRAP
Everyone circled up and was assigned an exercise via a note card. Each PAX performed said exercise while another Pax did 10 Tire Flips. Once the tire flipping was done all PAX rotated until back at the original start position.
4 rounds were completed with new exercises each round. (I would be more descriptive and list them, but I don’t have the note cards handy.)
MARY:
Ring of Fire AMRAP Dealer’s Choice
Each PAX shared their favorite exercise. Next PAX took turns with an additional round of tire flipping while the others AMRAP’ed that PAX’s favorite exercise. We did this until time.

Spoke a word about the link between accountability and consistency.
MOLESKIN:
Was able to learn from the Q I did at the Annex last week with this routine. Worked out much smoother this time!
