Modified timed Dora instead of counting to help us focus on form and mumble chatter.

  • Roughly 60 yard sprint, 3 burpees, 60 yard Mosey back to relieve your partner
  • 7 minutes of Merkins
  • 7 minutes of Squats
  • 7 minutes of Flutter Kicks

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
I’ve heard it many times: just do it; progress is greater than perfection. However, as a perfectionist, I struggle mightily completing projects because I get stuck trying to find the “best” solution. Recently, I heard from Dan McCarthy (GoRuck founder) on a podcast talking about “doing the work” and it finally clicked that I just need to “get stuff done”. Keep moving forward.
