CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
Staying engaged. First off I am so glad that shoelace invited me out to F3. Normally the last 6 months I am in a location, I completely disengage as I know I am transferring. Thanks to F3, I have stayed fully engaged here and am better for it. I owe so much to everyone here. I want to encourage everyone to stay engaged with each other and reach out the Kotters regularly as it makes a huge difference.
Thank you everyone that showed up to the numerous events and helped send us off. We would have never thought we would miss Memphis as much as we will when we moved here two years ago. I can tell you, I will be wearing my F3 Tennessee patch with great pride to every event I can. Thanks so much for the F3 flag, I will be hanging it with great pride in my garage so I see it when I workout! Love and miss you all!
