CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:

While considering the topic for this morning’s COT, I didn’t feel ready for my original topic, so I started looking at content from the Q Source, and found the below Q Source article that I simply read and made some short comments on: https://f3nation.com/disruption-f-1/

The Guess’ grandmother passed away, everyone had a chance to see her before she went to be with The Lord.

MOLESKIN:
While creating the workout yesterday, I didn’t know how hard the wheelbarrow exercises were going to be. My original thought was to name the workout The Century and do 100 of everything (i.e. 100 meters of wheelbarrows and 100 reps of each exercises), I’m glad I didn’t! Those wheelbarrow exercises were tough, especially since our shoulders have been working harder than usual this month due to the monthly shoulder challenge.
