1 PAX carries the sandbag across parking lot while others hold plank or downward dog or something else while staying off of knees – emphasis was to keep weight on hands/feet (Ratio said his knees never hit the ground but he might have laid down… *eye roll*)

The excitement in Collierville is growing. We’ve got more consistency at Quad City and the guys are excited about the upcoming weight workouts.  There’s also been more discussion about some 2F opportunities. Pretty sure High Note cursed me under his breath every time he heard me say, “Ok, mosey the loop.”
