The Motivators Worked (on Commie)

THE SCENE:
Downpour on the drive to the Pit, but slacked off to a steady drizzle for most of the workout.  I much preferred today’s wet 60 degrees over yesterday’s dry 30.

THA-THANG:
The Millenial.

We lined up at one end of the parking lot.  The PAX would attempt to perform 100 reps of an exercise.  The first to get to 100 Commie would shout “DONE!”, upon which all PAX would recover and sprint to the opposite end (100ish yards).  Rinse and repeat until all 10 exercises were complete.  (1000 total reps, hence the name).

Exercises:

  1. SSH (4-count)
  2. Monkey Humpers (4-count, but quickly realized my error and changed it to 1:1)
  3. Merkins
  4. BBSU
  5. Mountain Climbers (4-count)
  6. Squats
  7. LBCs (4-count)
  8. Overhead Claps (4-count)
  9. Flutter Kicks (4-count)
  10. Burpees, but we only had 1 minute left so nobody got to 100.  Not even Commie.
