Goal is 2000 total count as a team. Pax will do 10 rounds of various exercises, each followed by a 100 meter run. Pax attempt 100 reps per round, but to stay together and respect time, round ends/ run begins when the first HIM completes his 100 reps.

  • Round 1: SSH
  • Round 2: Lunges
  • Round 3: Merkins
  • Round 4: Big Boy Sit-ups
  • Round 5: Mt. Climbers
  • Round 6: Squats
  • Round 7: Oblique Crunches
  • Round 8: Arm Raises
  • Round 9: Flutter Kicks
  • Round 10: Burpees
    • 1 or 2 PAX do 10 while others hold high plank until 100 reps completed.

The pain of change is a necessity to growth. We must constantly challenge ourselves in every aspect of our lives to continue to grow. It will not be easy or comfortable, but we cannot get better by remaining stagnant. The physical pain associated with being out of shape should lead us to push ourselves like F3. The emotional pain of hurting others should lead us to be better husbands, brothers, friends, etc. The spiritual pain of being separated from our Creator should lead us away from sin.
I was worried about each round of exercises taking too long until Ozark showed up.
