COT / BOM:  If you are wanting to read the Bible and do not have anything specific to read Proverbs is always a good place to start and whatever day it is read that chapter. Today is the 16th so the words of wisdom are: “The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the Lord. 7 When a man’s ways please the Lord, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.”  It is pretty powerful when your enemies speak well of you. Challenge for the day is to do the things that will make your enemies speak well of you. Pray request: Rabbit’s wife is pregnant due in 4 days and with kidney stones, his daughter also broke her arm. F150 will hear concerning is job interview sometime later this week.

MOLESKIN: Warm-up consisted of some slow to merkins and squats to work on our form. While being inspired from the PAX in Nashville and Knoxville we found our hills in the form of stairs at the levee.  Everyone provided support and encouragement for FNG which was struggling at time but he never gave up. Does not get easier, we just get better.
