WARM-O-RAMA: Mosey to stables. SSH 25x IC, Daisy Pickers 10x IC, Arm Circles 15x IC front and back, Merkins 5x IC
Demonstrated each exercise while PAX continued stretching
THA-THANG: 4 rounds for time:
800 meter run, 25 pull-ups, 25 hand-release merkins, 25 BBSU, 25 jump squats = 1 round
COUNT-OFF & NAME-O-RAMA:
3 PAX: Lochte (AOQ, QIC), 3PL, Rain Out

YHC did not do the exercises. I pulled a muscle in my back on Monday, because, in a wonderful twist of irony, I did not “modify as necessary” at my own Q. So I served as the pace car for the running portions, and did squats while the other two completed the challenge.
If 3PL did not splash, he came dangerously close multiple times, and STILL posted a very good time!
Pull-ups were modified (as necessary) to jump pull-ups by the end.
