I used OJ’s new deck of F3 workout cards
- We did whatever was on the card, with a couple modifications. Almost made it thought entire deck, we liked 7 cards…. We’ll get it next time.

Everyone needs help. I think there are 2 types of people when it comes to being helped. One is the type that needs helps and doesn’t realize it. The others knows they need help and they won’t ask for it. We are not meant to go through things alone. I challenged the guys to be sensitive to cry for help from others. If you’ll listen closely you’ll here the call for help.
MOLESKIN:
I have been away helping my mom the past couple weeks, so I was a little rusty in leading a workout. But what I missed most was being with this group of guys.
