  • Lil’ mosey from startex to bottom of Big Hill
  • Slingshot Run to top of hill
  • Mosey back down to shovel flags
  • Hill Suicides
    • 10 down/10 up OYO
  • Mosey over into middle parking lot for stations:
    • 3 PAX
    • 10 stations of different exercises using the adjacent parking spots (5 on East side and 5 across on West side)
    • Each PAX picked a starting spot
    • AMRAP exercises for 1:00 until buzzer sounded then rotate clock-wise
      • Exercises included, but not limited to:
        • SSH
        • MERKIN
        • BURPEE
        • MTN CLIMBER
        • BOBBY HURLEY
        • HI KNEES
        • BODY BAG BUILDER
        • ALT SH TAP
        • SQUAT
        • LBC
  • Hill Suicides
    • 10 down/10 up OYO
  • Mosey back to stations:
    • Complete 5 of the 10 rotations
  • Hill Suicides
    • 10 down/10 up OYO

MARY:

  • Each PAX went to the stations and picked a core exercise and did AMRAP x 3:00 until time expired

MOLESKIN:

  • Tremor and I were SO HAPPY to see OJ pull up on the scene as we were moseying down the Big Hill. Misery loves company. We were still miserable. It was ba-rutal. But we finished strong and got better together.
