We spent some time at the track and partnered up. We did a modified version of a Merkin Mile. The drill was simple: run past a trash can, do 25 burpees; run past a bench, do 25 squats. With every quarter mile we trimmed 5 off the total.
Did some 20 step-ups on benches and 20 dips.
We spent some time with coupons, starting at 15 curls and declining, while alternating with a partner. Repeat. Same for skull crushers.
We finished with a 20 yard bear crawl and 10 Bobby Hurleys, done about 5 times.

Talked about the importance of avoiding jealousy. There is a temptation to measure ourselves according to others. This often causes us not only to worry too much about our own stuff, but also to ignore the success of those around us. We can become negative and cynical, rather than “rejoicing with those who rejoice.”
