Tennis courts are dark in December

THA-THANG:

20 Inverted rows on swings – 3 ppl at a time and the other 3 hold on playground equipment and then switch
Mosey to tennis court
Ladders on tennis court x 10 OYO
Bear crawl long lines and crab walk baselines x 1 x20 squats at each corner
Dive-bombers x 20 oyo
WMD circuit x 10 each
Jog .5 mile with 30 yard jailbreak sprint
Rocky steps x 1 min (touch and switch on curb)
Shoulder circuit
SSH 45 sec

MARY:

The whole workout should have you bracing your core so why only work it for 6 min when you can do proper exercises…
