THA-THANG:

  • Quarter Pounders with Cheese
    • 25 Merkins run 25 yards out and back
    • 50 Squats run 50 yards out and back
    • 75 Mountain Climbers run 75 yards out and back
    • 100 SSH run 100 yards out and back
  • Mosey to Stables
  • Tabata: Alternate each set Pullups/Hangs and Mountain Climbers
  • Mosey to Flag and Repeat Quarter Pounders with Cheese

MARY:
Gus led us in some sort of alternating heel tap while keeping shoulders off the ground.Β  Finish by planking for 1 minute till 6:15am
