Inning 1-3
Split in groups of 2 and one team on each base
Home plate: 15 burpees
1st: AMRAP squats
2nd: AMRAP mercans
3rd: AMRAP LBC

*as soon as team on home finished, they ran to first to move next team forward and so on until each team made it back to original positions

Inning 4-9

Still in teams. One partner did dips in dugout when not on the field. After completing round, run to dugout to send teammate out.

First Round:
Home to 1st–bear crawl

Seocnd Round:
Home to 1st–bear crawl
1st to 2nd–Scalded Dawgs (hands on ground and jumping with one leg to help crawl)

Third Round:
Home to 1st–bear crawl
1st to 2nd–Scalded Dawgs (hands on ground and jumping with one leg to help crawl)
2nd to 3rd–Army Crawl

Fourth Round:
Home to 1st–bear crawl
1st to 2nd–Scalded Dawgs (hands on ground and jumping with one leg to help crawl)
2nd-3rd–Arm Pulls (lay on belly, extend arms and pull body forward)
3rd to 2nd (afraid of getting too dusty)–Army Crawl
