THANG 1:
The Merkin Mile
Mosey around high school, stopping every ~.25 mile for 25 OYO merkins (100 total). At each stop, we “rested” by doing plank, mountain climbers, overhead claps, and Al Gore, in that order, while waiting on the six.
THANG 2:
Catch Me If You Can
After the mile was complete, at the east parking lot, PAX partnered up. Partner 1 runs South backwards, naturally. Partner 2 does 5 burpees, then sprints to catch P1. Partners then switch. We went 200 yards South, then repeated going North. Mosey back to bricks.
THANG 3:
Smoked Shoulders with Cheese
PAX collected their original two bricks, and performed the following, all in cadence:

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM: Proverbs 16:32 says “Whoever is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.” Increasing strength and stamina is great, but if you can’t control your anger and your emotions, it won’t matter. High Impact Men rule their spirits.
