CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason.  There is purpose behind everything.  When we look at our lives, or self reflect, We tend to only be grateful for the good things that happened.   But more importantly we really need to be thankful for the adversities we have faced.  Things that made us uncomfortable or stressed.

Things we should be grateful for.

1.  Trials – trials are challenges that make us mature and grow and give us character.  Resistance equals growth.

2.  Failures – Failures allow us the opportunity to learn and assess where we went wrong and make the necessary adjustments

3.  Differences – see it as an opportunity to learn something new and gain a different perspective.  Most of the time you’ll realize you are very similar.

So, when you are giving thanks or praying, be grateful for the hard times.  They typically make you better and shape who you are.
