Side Shuttle Burpees: 5 IC SSH followed by 2 Burpees OYO, immediately after the Q starts counting cadence for more SSHs. Then once we get to 5 SSH again we drop down for 2 more burpees. We did 7 rounds. The pax were complaining about being cold prior to starting the workout, so YHC obliged in helping warm them up. Altar Boy called this exercise stupid, but effective, I’ll take it.

11s Box Jumps and BBSUs at the benches near the Martyr Statue
Overhead Clap Mile on the way back (25 Overhead claps each 1/4 mile, 1 set OYO other 3 done IC)
Race the bluff up (Quick up the stairs)
Various SS-Burpees spread out to keep the pax together.
