CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
I was in a bit of a low spot spiritually a few weeks ago with the stress and busyness of life. I had been praying for God to light the fire back in my heart, to give me a heart like His, and to invigorate me. I felt like I was knocking on the door, but I still felt far from Him. One day it hit me that God had opened the door already, I just had not gone through it yet. His promise that all who seek shall find holds true, I had just been too lazy to walk through the open door. I don’t believe God will force my beliefs or actions. When I pray for wisdom or courage, He gives me opportunities to be wise or courageous. What doors are you yet to walk through? Seek intentionally the things you ask for.

MOLESKIN:

Focusing strictly on trying to build muscle was a challenge with basically only body weight, but I think the workout ended up being effective. I can definitely feel it already. It is good to slow down to focus on the movement and the muscles involved in each exercise to maximize each rep. I will definitely be adding elements of this workout to future workouts.
