Mosey’d down to the river

  • Partnered up
    • One partner ran suicides on the basketball court
    • Other Partner did workouts
      • LBC’s
      • Shoulder Taps
      • Dirkins/Merkins/Irkins
      • Lunges
  • Partnered up again and Mosey’d to road
    • One Partner did box jumps/step ups
    • Other Partner Did interval sprints, stopped at each light pole (3 light poles total)
      • At each light pole, do 10 burpees
      • Next set do 10 merkins at each pole
  • Mosey’d to stairs with partners
    • One Partner did stairs, stopping at each landing to do 5 dips
    • Other partner ran hills
  • Stayed on top of hill and did 2 sets of 10 never surrenders, Big boy situps, and squats
  • We mosey’d back to homebase to finish out with a minute of planks.
