Sooo Many Jackets

WARM-O-RAMA:
Warmup exercise at each light pole on way up path.  Ran halfway and bear crawled 2nd half:

Tempo Squats

Dips

Hand Release Merkins

Carolina Dry Docks

Burpees

 

THA-THANG:
Start at top of path (or Riverdale’s jacket lost and found).  Do the below then run to shovel flag repeat below.  Did this 5 times so we ended back at top of path:

25 Squats

25 Merkins

25 Lunges

25 BBS

So 125 each exercise and ran about 1 mile.

Headed over to playground for 35 chin-ups split with partner.

Route 66 back to shovel flag with squat jumps 1, 2, 3… 11 at each light pole.
