20 World War II Sit Ups IC

15 Tempo Merkins IC

Sprints: divide into two groups and move to opposite ends of field. One person sprints to the other group and  air tags a new person to sprint across the field. Squat while waiting your turn to sprint. Each PAX sprinted three times.
