Rinse and repeat with following exercises: 1st 1/4 mile = walking lunges x 50, 2nd 1/4 mile = calf raises x 50, 3rd 1/4 mile = side lunges x 25 each leg followed by walking reverse lunges x 25, 4th quarter mile = 2 PAX perform step ups x 25 each leg while remaining PAX squat until all in.
