Singing in the rain
THE SCENE:
It was a great morning with a high of 59 degrees with slightly wet background.

WARM-O-RAMA:
SSH, arm circles, and some daisy pickers.
THA Thang:
started out with run around the park. Then did 3 circuits consisting of three exercises in which we completed four rounds each.
Circuit 1: air squats, merkins, SSH
Circuit 2: side lunges, push up toe ups, x-jumps
Circuit 3: bear crawl, crab walk, burpees
