40s with Derkins & Dips, 30 derkins x 10 dips, 25 derkins x 15 dips, 20/20, 15/25, 10/30

Box jumps x 20, box jumps x20, irkins x20

Mosey to parking lot, line up around parking space lines, bear crawl spot line, exercises of 5 reps at end, crawl bear back.  (Merkins, wide grip merkins, diamond merkins, staggered left merkins, staggered right merkins)

Mosey to tennis courts.  PAX line up on side line.  10 merkins, bear crawl to center, 10 merkins, bear crawl to far sideline, 10 merkins.  Repeat with squats x25x3 and broad jumps, repeat with burpees and bear crawls, repeat with Bonnie Blair’s and lunge walks.

Mosey back to shovel flag.  Captain Thors to 8×32.  AND TIME!

It was eerily quiet while we were smoked early with the derkins and dips.  Then, PAX loosened up when ole Gus Gus arrived 20 min late to join and act like nothing was wrong with that.  SMH
