Side Straddle Hop IC x 20
Imperial Walkers IC x 20
Merkins IC x20
Various Stretches

The Thang
1 mile run
5 Burpees
10 Merkins
15 Sit-ups
20 Squats(Hold plank until pax all-in)
Rinse and Repeat x2 (total of 3 miles with exercises built in)

Mountain Climbers IC x20



COT / BOM: The pax literally rolled out of bed and ran a 5k.  We as a pax can physically do more than we think we can.  We can push ourselves past our comforts and do hard things.  We not only need to do this physically but spiritually.  We can do more than we think we are qualified and capable to do.  God equips us spiritually and we can lead.  Push yourself spiritually just as hard as we are pushing ourselves physically.

Moleskin: Kotters to Mothballs! Proud of the pax as we stayed together the entire time.  No man left behind! The run also cured YHC sinuses!
