THA-THANG:
Partner up. While one partner performs exercise, other partner runs approx. 25 yards to dumpster at end of parking lot. Each team reaches rep count collectively.

C – 200 curls, CMU or ruck

O – 200 overhead presses, CMU or ruck

M – 200 Merkins

B – 200 BBSUs

S – 200 squats

Once a team finished, they helped out another team by adding reps to their count.

For approx 10 mins or so, we did a loop, down the parking lot and up the road and back to startex, each time ending at startex for 25 overhead presses, CMU or ruck.

MARY:
Dealer’s choice. Slater led with 20 flutter kicks, to which Steinbrenner gave birth to some loud counting and on later numbers sounded like he was going through puberty. And then Red Light had us plank for the remaining 30 seconds or so.
