Encouraged PAX to attempt exercises that they find difficult or struggle with. My running game had dropped somewhat recently, so I committed to trying to better myself in running. I definitely feel much stronger in that area now.
I forgot to bring my Bluetooth speaker for music. Speaker (aka Matt Cook) wouldn’t sing for us. Need to remember next time.
