Challenge yourself to do hard things at a high level. Challenge yourself to step outside your comfort zone and do hard things. But don’t just do them, excellent at them.

Whether it is being the best husband, son, father or HIM, do it at a high level. In fitness, business or any aspect of life. Take the first mental barrier and push past it. If you are tired after a long day at work, play with the kids anyways. If life is frustrating, talk to your M with kindness through it all. When your workout puts you at a point of failure, push yourself beyond your mental limits to test your physical ones. The reward for doing hard things is a valuable, fulfilling life with a lasting impact on those you surround.
