Santa’s 25 to Feel Alive!
A cold dark 30 degrees. Perfect for training.
F3 WELCOME & DISCLAIMER
Slaughter Starter 20 burpees OYO to get the body warm right off the bat. Special thanks to Landline for introducing me to this.
Tempo Merkins 10
Tempo Squats 10
A little mosey with 3 stops for 25 dips, 20 Derkins, and 15 merkins
Next I got into the exicon and found Santa’s ladder which sounded appropriate for this time of year. Thats Burpees counting down from 10 running between spots 10-6 and merkins 5-1 and then reversing 1-5 burpees and 6-10 merkins for body balance.
Then we moved to 25 to feel alive
25 or each curls, blockees, plank jacks, overhead press, and diamond pushups with lunges out to a specified cone between each exercise.
5 heels to heaven
COUNT-OFF & NAME-O-RAMA:
5 survived the beat down. Bandwagon, Pops, Stephen King, Moses, and Meter maid joined in per usual 3 minutes late.
CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
I talked about not being afraid to talk about what is going on in your life. Let it out. Don’t hold it in. I used the example of what is going on in my life with my Uncle dying of covid last week and how much better I felt once I told the group last week at F3. I realised it was the first time I had spoken about it to someone that didn’t already know. It actually made me feel better like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Sometime its good to talk about your problems. Don’t bottle it up.
This is Q number 3 just trying to make a more smooth transition through the entire workout moving from warm o Rama to exercises then finishing with COT but getting more confident every time.
