THA-THANG:
Circuit #1:

PAX circle up. Sandbags and rucksacks were assigned an exercise. Each station was worked for 3 secs each for one round. Exercises were deadlifts, cleans, curls, swings, overhead presses, and squats

Toss #1

PAX partnered up with a 60# sandbag and 2 30# rucksacks. Partner 1 performed cleans and tosses while Partner 2 farmer carried rucks down and back. Flapjack. Rinse and repeat til end was reached

Toss #2

Partner 1 performed over shoulder tosses with a burpee after each toss while Partner 2 bearcrawled pulling a rucksack. PAX swapped every 5 burpees. Rinse and repeated til end was reached.

Toss #3

Partner 1 performed side tosses with an 8-count body builder in between while Partner 2 bearcrawled side ways performing rucksack pull throughs. PAX swapped every 3 reps. Sides were switched at halfway. Rinsed and repeated til end was met.
