-11s Sandbag Back Squats & Ruck Curls (15 yard mosey btw)
-11s Sandbag bent-over rows & Ruck Thrusters (15 yard mosey btw)
-11s Sandbag clean and Squat & Ruck blockies (15 yard mosey btw) -made it just over halfway
Throughout the workout pax got to choose which exercise they started the 11s with. I started with blockies for the last exercise; yesterday it was the Squat Cleans, both directions are tough, gotta Embrace the Suck.
