THA-THANG:
Mosey around one of the ball fields (.4 miles) counting utility poles along the way. There are 10. This is one lap.
Did 10 Australian pull ups OYO under the bleachers.
Tha-real-thang:
Run a lap stopping at every utility pole for a specific exercise (see below) in ascending numbers (1 through 10). When a lap is completed, do 10 Australian pull ups. Then Wall Sit and/or American Hammer till all in.

1 Prisoner Squat
2 Jump Lunge
3 Burpee
4 Groiner
5 Peter Parkers
[for the last two laps, we modified the loop and made it half as long with the same number of reps]

Very slow and stretch daily picker/downward doggish thing
