Indian Run with Burpees

¾ mile Indian run where the last person in line does 5 burpees and then sprints between everyone in line to the front – did one rotation



Pre-fitness Test warm up

Partner up with some 2 minute for pushups with good form. 2 minutes for situps with good form. Partner keeping count.


4 for 5 Sprints

Sprint 2 light post down 5 Body Builders, sprint back 5 Body Builders.

Sprint 2 light post down 5 Burpees, sprint back 5 Burpees.

Sprint 2 light post down 5 Squats, sprint back 5 Squats.

Sprint 2 light post down 5 Pushups, sprint back 5 Pushups.

MOLESKIN: Sally get up is still hard from the first time done at the Berm 3 months prior. One person was behind on the Indian Run but we ran as a group back to where they were so continue the beat down. The fitness test is coming so that the guys would not what to be looking for we went over the form and when exercised would end if it were the real fitness test.
