Ruin’d Landing Bridge

THE SCENE:
37°F and feeling great, an unusually windless day at the ruins.  Perfect for heading down to the river for the beatdown.

THA-THANG:
Mosey to Beale Street Landing near Restaurant

Bridge over the nest:

Partner up. P1 will bear crawl away from the nest (exercise location) over the Landing hill and back.  P2 does 10 merkins, 10 LBCs, 10 Squats, then runs to catch P1 and they swap.  P1 the completes the lap and does exercises.  Keep swapping bear crawls.

Did 2 rounds of bear crawls, 1 round of lunge walks up and over the landing.  Lots of running too, each swap the pax had to complete the lap running.

Farmer gave a 20s count and we mosey’d back to the shovel flag.

MOLESKIN:
worked out great that we had two partner sets.  We were able to keep chatter and emotions up while doing the work (P1 and P2 of each partner set stayed together).  That bear crawl would have sucked way worse if I/we were alone on that hill.
