Warm-a-Rama: 15 SSH IC, 1 burpee OYO, 5 Daisy Pickers IC, 2 burpees OYO, 10 Imperial Walkers IC, 3 burpees OYO, 5 Abe Virogotas IC, mosey to monkey bars, 1 set pull-ups AYG
#1: Merkin Mile heading South, stopping every .25mile for 25 Merkins. Mile1 completed and 100 Merkins at the Martyr’s Park statue.
#2: after a short mosey, did 5 exercises 10 reps each OYO. Lunges (2=1), BBSUs, Carolina/Scorpion Dry Docks, Side Raises (1=1), Dips, while taking a 30sec count read the statue plaque aloud to the pax.
#3: Returning back to Monkey Bars, did a Squat Mile, running and every .25mile we did 25 Squats OYO. Completed at Monkey Bars, mosey to endex.
#4: completes all exercises again giving us 100 total reps
All in cadence: 15 Flutter Kicks, 15 LBCs, 15 Hello Dollys, 10 per side of Jane Fondas
