THA-THANG:
Ruck around the Bartlett area.

Ruck Shuffle (Mosey) for 2 mins, then walk 1. Rinie and repeat until I got tired.

Then we would stop and do 25 Overhead presses OYO – FYI we did 6 rounds of Overhead Press – 150 total, for those of you at home keeping score
