Route 66 w/ a Glute Workout

High Knees, Butt Kickers – 30 sec – OYO
Using the light poles as markers we would do 1 pushup at the first pole… 2 at the 2nd…… 3 at 3rd…… an so on.
Mode of transportation would change between light poles: Bear Crawl, Lunges, Duck Walk,
During the route we would stop and work out those glutes. PAX would get on their 6, put their feet up on the railing, raise up so that only the shoulders are touching. Then we held that postion and pulsed….. then we held One leg in the air for a while. We did this multiple times.

CIRCLE OF TRUST/BOM:
The previous week Gym Shorts, told us to think of someone who makes me smile, someone who is kind to me, and someone who listens to me. Then tell that person. It got me to thinking. who do I make smile, who am I knind to, and who do I listen to ( not for advice, but to lend an ear). That’s what I challenged the PAX to do over the next week.
