Frisbee toss rules

  1. QIC tosses first frisbee – sprint or lunge walk to the disc, time it takes to get there is the number of reps. 10 seconds equals 10 merkins as an example
  2. Rotate through the PAX – everyone picks their own workout from the Lexicon
  3. We did this for 10 minutes

PAX moved to the pitch for Ricky Bobby

Indian run around the pitch with a full sprint down the final straight away yelling a quote from Ricky

Stop and mosey back to the starting line – 25 merkins, 25 lunges, 25 BBSU

We repeated this twice and then threw one more round of frisbee roulette
